Update

Ensure you are using with the latest version of the web application.

Overview

The agile development of the web applications results in new releases every few weeks. As soon as a new version is available you will be notified when starting symbol.army .

Update on Start

Follow these steps if you are notified about the availability of a new release on the start of the web application:

  1. At the start of the application a notification will be displayed informing about the availability of a new release:
Update message of Military Symbol Generator [symbol.army]. Select Reload.

  1. Press ‘Reload’

  2. The web application is update and restart

Update during Work

In the unlikely case you are receiving the update message during work on the web application proceed with the following steps:

  1. A notification will be displayed informing about the availability of a new release:
Update message of Military Symbol Generator [symbol.army]. Select Later to postpone the update

  1. Press ‘Later’ if you have an unsaved workstate

  2. Save the Military Symbol you are working on

  3. Reload the web application by pressing ‘Ctrl+F5’
